DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery
Your order will be processed within one working day of receipt. Products in stock can take up to 3 working days to be delivered to anywhere in Ireland, HOWEVER most of all orders will arrive the next working day. You will be advised by e-mail, or telephone, if items are out of stock and asked to confirm that the expected date is acceptable. It is the duty of the buyer or his agent to examine all goods immediately upon receipt and all claims should be notified to the Company within 48 hours and by witing to and causing it to be received by the Company within 7 days of the buyer taking possession. If notification is not received by the Company within these periods the Company shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of such claim and in any event the liability of the Company shall be limited to the cost of the goods. The Carriers consignment note shall be endorsed by the buyer if any sign of damage is apparent to the parcel, packaing or goods. In the event of non delivery the buyer shall give to and cause to be received by the Company written notice of such non delivery within ten days of the receipt of invoice referring to said goods.
Overseas Delivery
The buyer shall be responsible for arranging for testing and inspection of goods at the Company’s premises before shipment. The Company shall have no liability for any claim in respect of any defect in the goods which would be apparent on the inspection and which is made after shipment or in respect of any damage during transit. The buyer will be responsible for complying with any legislation or regulations governing the export and import of the goods from Ireland to the Country of destination and for the obtaining of any licences and for payment of any duties thereon. Returns Policy Where the Company has despatched goods in accordance with the Customers order, the Customer shall not be entitled to return those goods or any part thereof to the Company unless the Customer has firstly notified the Company by telephone that the Customer intends to return the goods to the Company and thereafter returns the goods within 10 days undamaged and original packaging. The customer will be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid in respect of goods, provided that the goods are returned to the Company in accordance with the preceding provisions of this clause. Any previously agreed discount applying to whole of the customer order of which the returned goods were part will no longer apply. The Company shall, in all cases, have absolute discretion as to whether to permit the Customer to return the goods and in those cases where such returns are permitted by the Company, the Company shall, pay no part of the return carriage.
Bespoke manufactured goods correctly supplied cannot be returned for credit, refund or exchange. Without prejudice to the conditions above, and for the avoidance of doubt, in the event that goods shall be returned to the Company for whatever reason, the Company shall have no liability for any claim made in respect for any loss or damage to such goods during transit, and a signature of acceptance of delivery by or on behalf of the Company shall not constitute any admission by the Company as to the state and condition of the good on delivery.
